Top Houston Prenup Attorney, Cindy Hide, is dedicated to family law.

My firm focuses on helping Texas couples develop effective prenuptial agreements. Using a common sense approach, my goal is to find practical solutions for managing all personal and financial aspects of your life together.

With over thirty years of combined legal, business, and political experience, I’ve learned how to gently yet firmly negotiate complex or emotionally charged issues. I understand how finances can cause stress in a couple’s relationship, and why defining expectations and obligations up front is so critical for a successful long term future.

Before I begin to draft your prenuptial agreement we have extensive discussions about what to include in a prenup.  Then we develop an exclusive prenuptial agreement checklist together. As an added value, I bring a personal perspective to what works and what may not. I’ve been married, divorced and have two grown children. I appreciate the importance of protecting those you love and having a backup plan for the future. Here are 20 reasons for a prenuptial agreement. If you want to know if you need a prenup, take my, 1 minute Do I Need a Prenup Quiz?

I grew up in Houston and attended the University of Houston and the University of Houston Law Center. I’m licensed to practice law by the Supreme Court of Texas. I’m also a Texas Bar College Fellow, and, member of the Texas Family Law Foundation, the Houston Bar Association, the Burta Raborn Inns of Court, and the American Bar Association.
